Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned A.G.A. for the State.

This application under Section 483 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking a suitable direction to the In-charge Court, Varanasi to decide the Complaint Case No. 12 of 2022 (old Complaint Case No. 5405 of 2020) under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station-Cholapur, DistrictVaranasi as expeditiously as possible within stipulated time.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and after perusing the averments as contained in the present application, this application is finally disposed of with a direction to the court concerned to decide the Complaint Case No. 12 of 2022 (old Complaint Case No. 5405 of 2020) under Section 138 Negotiable Instrument Act, Police Station-Cholapur, District- Varanasi expeditiously, strictly in accordance with law, after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, if possible within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
