Heard Sri Rajesh Kumar Rao, learned counsel for the applicants, Sri Arvind Kumar, learned AGA, for the State and perused the record of the case.
After some argument, learned counsel for the applicants submits that he does not wish to press the present application and the same may be dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to file a better fresh.
In view thereof, the present application is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty as prayed.
Office is directed to return the certified copy of the impugned order to the learned counsel for the applicant after retaining the photo-copy of the same.
