Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the material on record.

This application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed to quash the summoning order dated 07.09.2018 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, District Amroha in Complaint Case No.3334 of 2018 (Bhawna, Vs. Sumit Gupta and others), under Section 498A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. and 3/4 D.P. Act, P.S. Gajraula, District Amroha.

It is contended by learned counsel for applicant that he is not pressing this application for quashing of the summoning order in complaint. He further contended that applicant No.1 is already appear before the trial court. He is confining his prayer only for a direction for expeditious disposal of the bail application in view of guidelines propounded in Satendra Kumar Antil vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and ors, reported in 202 (4) Crimes 139 (SC) case.

In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the prayer for quashing the entire proceeding as well as complaint case is hereby refused.

The application U/s 482 Cr.P.C. is disposed of with a direction that the applicant Nos. 2 and 3 may appear before the trial court within a period of four weeks and seeks bail. Their bail application shall be decided expeditiously in accordance with settled principle of law propounded by Hon'ble Apex Court.

For a period of four weeks no coercive measures shall be taken against the applicant Nos. 2 and 3.
