not been brought on record. He therefore submits that on account of non-cooperation of applicant, the proceedings of aforementioned criminal case remained held up for long. Apart from above, learned A.G.A. submits that though non-bailable warrant was issued against applicant vide order dated 06.01.2022 but in spite of expiry of a period of more than six months form the date of order dated 06.01.2022, applicant has not appeared before court below. He therefore submits that applicant does not deserve any indulgence by this Court.
