Perused the record.
This application under Section 482 Cr. P. C. has been filed by applicants Karan Singh Yadav, Rajmani Yadav and Abhay Raj Yadav challenging the charge sheet dated 25.05.2021 submitted in Case Crime No. 92 of 2021 (State Vs. Karan Singh and others), under Sections 323, 504 IPC 3 (1) (dha), Police Stastion Kaundhiyara, District Prayagraj, Cognizance Taking Order dated 14.09.2021, now pending in the court of Special Judge SC/ST Act, Allahabad.
At the very outset, learned counsel for applicants contends that she be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file fresh as there are inherent mistakes in the present application, which cannot be cured by filing a supplementary affidavit or an amendment application.
In view of above, this application is dismissed with liberty aforesaid.
Certified copies appended along with this application be returned to learned counsel for applicants after obtaining a photo copies of the same to be kept on record.
