The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to quash the impugned charge sheet dated 2.11.2020 passed by JM, Kannauj in case No.1190 of 2020 State vs. Smt. Sangeeta Shukla and entire proceeding thereof, arising out of case crime No.78 of 2020 under sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 471 I.P.C., P.S. Kotwali Gursahaiganj, district Kannauj.
Learned counsel for the applicant, after arguing for some time, submits that the petition may be dismissed as not pressed.
The petition is accordingly dismissed as not pressed.
