Learned counsel for the applicant prays for some order from this Court regarding bail of the applicant from the concerned court and prayer in this application is made for quashing the impugned non bailable warrant dated 13.09.2021 issued against the applicant also.
Ordersheet of the case is appended at page 31 to 35 of the paper book wherein it is shown that N.B.W. against the applicant was issued only on the last date i.e. on 13.09.2021.
In view of above, the application is disposed of with a direction to the applicant to appear before the court below within three weeks from today. If the applicant appears before the court below and move recall application for recalling non bailable warrant within three weeks from today, same shall be decided on the same day, if there is no legal impediment.
