By means of this 482 Cr.P.C. application the applicant is seeking a direction to the court below to expedite trial of Criminal Case No.3768 of 2017, (State vs. Shiv Dulare Awasthi and others) arising out of case crime no.802 of 2015, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C., P.S. Billhaur, District Kanpur Nagar.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case this application is therefore disposed of with a direction to the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kanpur Dehat to consider and decide Criminal Case No.3768 of 2017, (State vs. Shiv Dulare Awasthi and others) arising out of case crime no.802 of 2015, under Sections 147, 148, 149, 323, 504 and 506 I.P.C., P.S. Billhaur, District Kanpur Nagar expeditiously preferably within a period of eight months from the date of receipt of copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment.
