This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with the prayer to allow this application and direct the Court below to conclude the trial of Case No. 751 of 2016 under Section 138 N.I. Act, and Section 420 I.P.C. P.S.- Bisalpur, District- Pilibhit which is pending before the Court of learned Judicial Magistrate- Bisalpur, Pilibhit since 2016 within stipulated period.
Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, as this Court is not aware of the schedule/ docket of the trial Court concerned, it is expected that the trial Court will make all endevour to decide the each case early.
In view of above, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this application is finally disposed off with a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate- Bisalpur, Pilibhit to decide the aforesaid case as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of the order before him.
