The applicant, by means of this application under Section 482 Cr.P.C., has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer to quash the order dated 15.02.2022 passed by learned Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Basti in Suit No. 73/11-A/2021 (Abdul Karim Vs. Chandni), under Section 126(2) Cr.P.C., Police Station Mundere, District Basti.
The impugned order does not suffer from any illegality or irregularity requiring any interference by this Court at this stage.
This application lacks merit and is accordingly dismissed .
