Heard learned counsel for the applicant as well as learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record.
This application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed seeking the direction to expedite the proceedings of Case No. 879 of 2015 (Ekta nagar Vs. Vikrant Nagar) under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Police Station Naubasta, District Kanpur Nagar, pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court No.1, Kanpur Nagar.
Learned A.G.A. has no objection on the prayer made by the learned counsel for the applicant.
In the facts and circumstances of the case the lower court concerned is directed to expedite and conclude the proceeding of the aforesaid case expeditiously, say within a period of six months, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, unless there is some legal impediment or unless there is any order passed by the higher court staying the proceedings of the case.
With the aforesaid observation, this application is disposed of finally.
