Heard Mr. Bed Kant Mishra, the learned counsel for applicants and the learned A.G.A. for State.
At the very outset, learned counsel for applicants submits that there are inherent defects in the present application, which cannot be cured by filing a supplementary affidavit or an amendment application. He, therefore, contends that present application be dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh with better particulars and proper relief.
Learned A.G.A. does not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for applicants.
In view of above, this application is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file fresh application.
Certified copy of impugned order be returned to learned counsel for applicants after obtaining a photo copy of the same to be kept on record.
