This application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a prayer to direct the learned Civil Judge (Junior Division) FTC 1st Aligarh to decide the Criminal Case No. 763 of 2016 (State Vs. Anuj and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 7/2016, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S.- Mahila Thana, District- Aligarh within stipulated period.
It has been contended by learned counsel for applicant that case is pending from 2016. Matter relates to the matrimonial dispute. Case is fixed for evidence.
After hearing the learned counsel for the parties and after perusing the material on record, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the petition pending which is finally disposed off with a direction to court below to consider and decide the Criminal Case No. 763 of 2016 (State Vs. Anuj and others) arising out of Case Crime No. 7/2016, under Sections 498-A, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C., P.S.- Mahila Thana, District- Aligarh , strictly in accordance with law after hearing the parties and without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either the parties, expeditiously preferably within one year from the date of production of a certified copy of this order before him.
With the aforesaid direction, the instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is finally disposed of .
