Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. and perused the record.

This applicant, through the present application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has invoked the inherent jurisdiction of this Court with a prayer to quash the summoning order dated 13.4.2018 and order dated 3.2.2020 by which recovery arrant and N.B.W. have been issued and order dated 23.09.2021 passed by learned Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court no. 1, Agra by which account No. 10468447555 S.B.I. Branch M.D.S.R.D.E. Kanpur has been attached as well as entire proceeding of Complaint No. 127 of 2018, under section 125(3) of Cr.P.C. Sheela Devi Vs. Suresh Chandra Sharma, at Police Station Iradatnagar, District Agra pending in the court of Addl. Principal Judge, Family Court No. 1, Agra, District Agra.

After considering the arguments of learned counsel for the applicant, the court is of the opinion that the present application under section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed with a multiple prayers, which can not be considered at this stage. The prayer for quashing the aforesaid prayers is refused.

Accordingly, this application is dismissed.
