The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction directing the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No.10 , Deoria to decide 6-C application in Original Suit No.2900 of 2021 (Rambelas Gond versus Jitendra Shahi and others).
The Civil Judge (Junior Division), Court No.10 , Deoria is directed to decide the aforesaid 6-C application, i f still pending, expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournments to the parties , in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid application.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
