The present writ petition has been filed by the petitioners praying for a direction directing the Additional Civil Judge(Junior Division), Court No.10, Allahabad to decide consolidated Original Suit No. 576 of 1976 and 944 of 1980 (Ram Sagar and others versus Musamat Summaria and others ) .
The Additional Civil Judge(Junior Division), Court No.10, Allahabad is directed to decide the aforesaid Original Suit No. 576 of 1976 and 944 of 1980 expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date a copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid suits.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioners.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
