Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

The prayer made by the petitioner is that a direction be issued to the court below to decide the case no. 2770 of 2019, Krishna Murari Chaubey Vs. Smt. Madhuri Shukla, under Section 13 Hindu Marriage Act, District Kanpur Nagar within a stipulated period which is pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No. II, Kanpur Nagar.

Since the dispute of the petitioner is matrimonial and the same is pending since 2019, considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's case, this petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the court below to decide the case no. 2770 of 2019, Krishna Murari Chaubey Vs. Smt. Madhuri Shukla, under Section 13 Hindu Marriage Act, District Kanpur Nagar, pending in the court of Additional Principal Judge, Family Court, Court No. II, Kanpur Nagar in accordance with law without granting unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of one year from the date of production of certified copy of this order, if there is no legal impediment .
