By means of this petition, the petitioner is seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Duddhi, Sonebhadra to decide the Case No.3077 of 2017 (State Vs. Jagdish Kushwaha), under Section 30 of Arms Act and Section 336 I.P.C., Police Station Duddhi, District Sonebhadra, pending before the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Duddhi, Sonebhadra, within stipulated period.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the charg-sheet has been filed and cognizance has been taken but the charge has not been framed till date. It is further contended that the case is pending since 2017.
Considering the limited grievance of the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned court below is directed to make an endeavour to decide the aforesaid case, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of eight months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before it, if there is no legal impediment.
With the aforesaid directions, this petition is disposed of .
