This petition has been filed to expedite the hearing and decision of application no.5C in Original Suit No.304 of 2018 (Abrar Husain versus Nagar Palika Parishad, Budaun and others)
From a perusal of the order sheet, it appears that the delay in disposal of the application is not due to any act on the part of the respondents, who are the defendants in the case.
In the circumstances of the case, the trial court cannot be held liable for delay in disposal of the application and no direction as prayed, can be issued.
The petition is dismissed.
