The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction directing the Principal Family Court, Allahabad to decide Matrimonial Suit No. 675 of 2020 pending in the court of Principal Family Court, Allahabad.
The Principal Family Court, Allahabad is directed to decide the aforesaid suit, if still pending, within a period of one year from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid suit.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of .
