Mr. Jitendra Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr. Agnivesh Kumar, learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 and learned AGA for the State are present.
It is submitted by learned counsel for opposite party no. 2 that an FIR being FIR No. 252/2021 has been registered on the complaint of Sri Sidh Prakash, against one Vivek Kumar and 9 other named persons, under Sections 498A, 304B, 201 of IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act and the present present petition has become infructuous and the same may be dismissed.
Learned counsel for the petitioners does not oppose the same and admitted that the petition has become infructuous.
Prayer is accepted.
Accordingly, the petition is dismissed as being infructuous.
