Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
This petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India has been filed by the petitioners with the prayer that their bail application be disposed of in view of law laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773 in respect of FIR dated 14.01.2022, Case Crime No. 0005 of 2022, under Sections 323, 504, 506, 354, 147, 120-B IPC and Section 3(1)(r)(s) of SC/ST Act, Police Station Kadora, District Jalaun, pending in the court of learned Special Judge (SC/ST Act), Jalaun at Orai.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has made a statement at the bar that the petitioners are ready to appear before the court below and apply for bail and that their bail application be considered and disposed of as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773.
Per contra, learned AGA has opposed for expeditious disposal of bail application of the petitioners.
In view of the above statement, it is directed that if the petitioners appear before the court below and apply for bail, their bail application be considered and disposed of as expeditiously as possible in accordance with law laid down by Hon'ble Apex Court in the case of Satender Kumar Antil Vs. Central Bureau of Investigation and another reported in (2021) 10 SCC 773.
With the aforesaid observations, this petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India is finally disposed of.
