Supplementary affidavit filed today is taken on record.
In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, learned Standing Counsel has received instructions and has handed over a copy of the same to the Court which is taken on record.
On the basis of his instructions, learned Standing Counsel states that subsequently notices issued to the petitioner under section 66 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 has already been withdrawn considering the order passed by the Writ Court. It has also been pointed out by the learned Standing Counsel that contents of the order dated 23.10.2019 passed by the Writ Court has already been incorporated in the revenue records i.e. khatauni relating to the disputed plot and the name of the petitioner can be recorded in the main column only when revenue records are revised which is done every five years. The last revision was done in the year 2018.
In view of the aforesaid, there is no disobedience of the order passed by the Writ Court.
The contempt application is dismissed.
