The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction directing the Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.1, Kanpur Nagar to decide Suit No.122 of 2006 (Ram Pal Singh versus Saraswati and others).
The Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Court No.1, Kanpur Nagar is directed to decide the aforesaid Suit No.122 of 2006, if still pending, expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournments to the parties , in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid suit.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
