This petition has been filed praying for direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Khaga, Fatehpur to decide the injunction application 7Ga2 dated 8.10.2014 in Original Suit No. 260 of 2014( Ram Naresh and another Vs. Zafar Abbas and others) within some stipulated period of time.
Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that application is pending before the court below since 2014 and till date the case is not decided.
The petition is disposed of with the direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division), Khaga, Fatehpur to decide the injunction application 7Ga2 dated 8.10.2014 in Original Suit No. 260 of 2014( Ram Naresh and another Vs. Zafar Abbas and others) within a period of two months from the date a copy of this order, duly downloaded from the ofÏcial website of this court is produced by the petitioner before the trial court provided there is no legal impediment.
The court below will not grant any adjournment to the either side till the injunction application7Ga2 is decided. In case of any adjournment, the same shall be granted to the either side at the minimum cost of Rs.2,000/-
