The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction directing the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Gorakhpur to decide Suit No.75 of 2009 (Ram Pyare Lal and others versus Rajendra Gupta and others).
Perused the report dated 5.3.2022 submitted by the trial court. The report has been filed in pursuance to the order dated 4.3.2022 passed by this court.
The Civil Judge, (Senior Division), Gorakhpur is directed to decide the Suit No. 75 of 2009, i f still pending, expeditiously preferably within a period of one year from the date a copy of this order is produced before him , in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid suit.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim of the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
