Heard the counsel for the petitioner.
The present petition has been filed by the petitioner praying for a direction directing the Civil Judge(Junior Division), Dumariyaganj, Siddharth Nagar to decide Interim Injunction Application No.7-C dated 13.01.2022 filed in original Suit No.26/2022 (Chan Mohammad versus Munnu and others).
In pursuance to the previous order dated 2.3.2022, the Civil Judge, (Junior Division), Dumariyaganj, Siddharth Nagar has sent his report which indicates that the defendants have put in their appearance in the case.
The Civil Judge(Junior Division), Dumariyaganj, Siddharth Nagar is directed to decide the aforesaid Application No.7-C within a period of four months from the date a copy of this order is produced before him, in case, there is no legal impediment in deciding the aforesaid application.
It is clarified that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the claim made by the petitioner.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
