"1. Heard S/Sri I.B. Singh, Jyotindra Misra, learned Senior Advocates, assisted by Sri Ishan Baghel and Kapil Misra, S/Sri Purnendu Chakravarthy, Pradeep Kumar Rai, Ms. Akansha Dubey, S/Sri Anuj Tandon, Prakarsh Pandey, Aseem Kumar Singh, Praveen Kumar Shukla, Rajesh Tiwari, Ashok Kumar Singh, Ramji, learned counsels appearing for the accused-applicants and Sri Rao Narednra Singh, learned Additional Government Advocate.

The present applications under Section 438 Cr.P.C. have been filed seeking anticipatory bail apprehending arrest in Case Crime No.1 of 2014, under Sections 409 and 120-B IPC and Section 13(2) read with Section 13(1)(d) of Prevention of Corruption Act, Police Station Gomti Nagar, District Lucknow.
3. In all these applicants, the applicants have been enlarged on interim bail by this Court on different dates pending final disposal of these anticipatory bail applications. Charge sheets have already been filed. The accused-applicants were not arrested during the course of investigation and they have cooperated during the course of investigation. No useful purpose would be served at this distant point of time to send the accusedapplicants to jail when the investigation is complete and the charge sheets have been filed and the accused-applicants are on interim bail in pursuance to the different orders passed by this Court.
4. Considering the aforesaid aspects, the accused-applicants are allowed to file a personal bond and two sureties each to the satisfaction of the concerned trial court within a period of one week from today. If the caused-applicants file a personal bond and two sureties each to the satisfaction of the concerned court, they shall be enlarged on bail. The accused-applicants are directed to cooperate in the trial and will not influence or tamper with the evidence. The trial court should proceed with the trial expeditiously and should not accommodate the request of the accused-applicants for adjournment, if the same is not warranted in the facts and circumstances of the case.
5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, all these anticipatory bail applications stand disposed of. "
