Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned State Counsel and Sri Prashant Arora, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no.6- Basic Siksha Adhikari, Amethi.
In respect of the alleged irregularities, the petitioner is said to have made an application to the District Magistrate, dated 23.06.2022 which has been annexed as anneure-8 to the petition. It appears that on the said complaint/ application, the District Magistrate Amethi has constituted a committee by means of order dated 08.07.2022 and the said committee has been required to conduct the enquiry and submit the report to the ofÏce of the District Panchayat Raj OfÏcer, Amethi.
In view of the aforesaid and also since the enquiry on the complaint of the petitioner has already been instituted, we do not find it appropriate to issue any such direction as has been sought in the writ petition, which is hereby disposed of with the expectation that the enquiry instituted by the District Magistrate shall be completed as early as possible.
