1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Ran Vijay Singh, learned A.G.A. for the State.
2. Present revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C. has been filed against the order dated 7.09.2020 passed by Chief Judicial Magistrate, Raebareli in Criminal Misc. Case No.652 of 2020 under Section 156(3) Cr.P.C. relating to Police Station Mohanganj, District Raebareli by means of which the learned Magistrate had rejected the application dated 14.07.2020 of the revisionist.
3. I have gone through the the impugned order and do not find any ground to interfere with the impugned order.
4. This revision being devoid of merit and substance is hereby dismissed . However, the revisionist may take recourse to any other remedy as may be available to him under the law.
