This writ petition has been filed seeking following prayer:-
"a) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari quashing impugned order dated 5.12.2020 passed under Section 129 (1) of the CGST Act by the respondent no. 2 and the notice dated 5.12.2020 issued by the respondent no. 3.
b) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus restraining the respondents not to take any coercive steps as against the petitioner in pursuance of the impugned order dated 5.12.2020 as well as the impugned notification dated 5.12.2020."
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that he intends to withdraw this petition, as such, the same may be dismissed as withdrawn.
Learned Standing Counsel has no objection.
In view of the above, this writ petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.
