Learned Standing Counsel has filed the instructions and the same is taken on record.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of respondent nos. 1 to 6.
This writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:-
"(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the District Excise Officer, Ghaziabad and other responsible authorities to forthwith shift the Model Shop of respondent No. 7 from the 2nd Place i.e. Satyam Enclave, Plot No. 14, G.T. Road, Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad to its original place where license is gathered to her i.e. Shop at 191, Pipe Market, G.T. Road, Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad.
(ii) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the District Excise Officer and District Magistrate, Ghaziabad to ensure compliance of order dated 29.6.2020 (Annexure-5) to the instant writ petition."
On the basis of instructions, learned Standing Counsel submits that the respondent-authorities have already shifted the Model Shop of the respondent no. 7 to its original place i.e. Shop at 191, Pipe Market, G.T. Road, Sahibabad, District Ghaziabad.
The instant petition has lost its efficacy and is, accordingly, dismissed .
