This petition has been filed with a prayer to delete the name of unauthorized persons included in the electoral roll of Gram Panchayat Rohana, Tehsil Rasra, District Ballia for the purposes of Panchayat Election 2021.
As elections have already been held, the writ petition is rendered infructuous.
The writ petition is, therefore, disposed off by giving opportunity to the petitioner to ventilate his grievance as and when an exercise for revision of electoral roll is undertaking.
