The petitioner has sought deletion of her name from the Electoral Roll of village Panchayat Chandiyapur, Block Umarda, District Kannauj for panchayat elections 2021.
As the panchayat elections 2021 have already been held, the petitioner would have a right to seek for deletion of her name as and when next exercise for revision of electoral roll is under taken.
With the aforesaid liberty, this petition is disposed off.
