The petitioner's claim under the Mukhyamantri Kisan Evam Sarvahit Beema Yojna appears to be pending before the second respondent (District Magistrate, Azamgarh).
The prayer in this petition is to command the second respondent (District Magistrate, Azamgarh) to address the claim of the petitioner within a stipulated period.
Considering the nature of the prayer made in this petition, we deem it appropriate to dispose off this petition by giving liberty to the petitioner to file a comprehensive representation in respect of his grievance by annexing copy of any previous application in respect of his claim. If any such representation is filed along with copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today, the same shall be addressed in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably, within next twelve weeks.
