Heard Shri S.K. Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner and Shri Devesh Vikram, learned Standing Counsel for the State respondents.

This writ petition has been filed, inter alia, for the following reliefs:-

"(i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the rejection order/letter dated 26.3.2018 passed by respondent no.3, The Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. rejecting the claim of the petitioner under Mukhya Mantri Kisan Evam Survahit Beema Yojna.

(ii) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandmus commanding and directing the respondent no.2 to consider the claim of the petitioner in respect of accidental death of late Harkishan relating to claim under Mukhya Mantri Kisan Evam Survahit Beema Yojana."

Learned counsel for the petitioner stated that an application was filed by her before respondent No.2, District Magistrate, Rampur against the rejection of her claim by the Oriental Insurance Company Ltd. under the scheme 'Mukhyamantri Kisan and Sarvhit Bima Yojna' but no action is being taken by the said authority.

Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is finally disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to approach before respondent No.2- District Magistrate, Rampur ventilating her grievances within 15 days from today along with a certified copy of this order enclosing therewith a copy of the writ petition and its annexures. In case, the petitioner approaches, the said authority shall look into the matter and do the needful expeditiously, in accordance with law, preferably within a period of 60 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

The party shall file computer generated copy of such order downloaded from the official website of High Court Allahabad, self attested by the applicants alongwith a self attested identity proof of the said person (preferably Aadhar Card) mentioning the mobile number to which the said Aadhar Card is linked.

The concerned Court/Authority/Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.
