By this petition, the petitioner seeks for reduction of the amount payable by the petitioner as costs for providing security pursuant to the order dated 18.02.2013 in Writ-C No.15056 of 2013.
As the quantum of the amount payable has been fixed by a judicial order of this Court, a separate direction for its reduction would not be appropriate in separate writ proceedings.
The appropriate course for the petitioner is to seek for review/ modification/ clarification of the earlier order, if so advised.
Subject to above, the petition is dismissed .
