After some argument learned counsel for the petitioner states that he wants to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to approach the appellate forum.
In view of the statement so made, the writ petition is relegated to the appellate forum to avail the remedy of appeal against the order imposing deficiency of stamp duty.
In case the appeal is filed within one month from today, the appellate authority shall not go into the question of limitation and decide the appeal on merits.
The writ petition stands disposed of.
