Heard Sri Piyush Kumar Srivastava, learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Standing Counsel for respondents State.
From the perusal of the order dated 12.02.2021 passed by respondent no. 2, it appears that petitioner had sought correction of entries made during the consolidation proceedings in C.H. Form 45. Respondent no. 2 had dismissed the application for correction of revenue entries and had sent the file before the Deputy Director of Consolidation/ District Magistrate for necessary action.
In view of above, no interference of this Court is required as the correction has to be made in C.H. Form 45 during the consolidation proceedings and the jurisdiction lies with the consolidation authorities and not respondent no. 2.
The order dated 12.02.2021 needs no interference. The writ petition is misconceived and is hereby dismissed.
