Today when the matter was taken up Sri S.P. Singh, learned counsel appearing for respondent nos. 5 to 19, is present in the Court and submits that on the earlier occasion also learned counsel for the petitioners had not appeared in the Court and as of now matter has become infructuous in view of the fact that final order has been passed by the Sub Divisional Magistrate/Sub Divisional Officer, Basti on 20.03.2021.
In view of the statement, so made, writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
