Grievance of the petitioners is that inadvertently the date of birth of his children are incorrectly recorded in the Army Service Records of the petitioners.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without expressing any opinion on merits of the case of the petitioners, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent No.2 to look into the matter and take appropriate action in accordance with law within six weeks from the date of submission of a representation along with a copy of this order.
It is made clear that we have not expressed any opinion on merits of the case of the petitioners.
