Ms. Shambhavi Tiwari, learned counsel holding brief of Shri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent University submits that the petitioner may submit an application for copies of the answersheets which he is seeking in the prescribed format before the competent authority/Registrar, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, after depositing the requisite fee. She further submits that in case the petitioner submits such application, the same shall be decided within a time stipulated by this Court.

In wake of the preceding discussions, no useful purpose would be served by exchanging the pleadings and keeping this writ petition pending. The writ petition is being disposed of with the following directions:

The petitioner shall make an application for copies of the answersheets as desired by him in the prescribed format after depositing the requisite fee before the Registrar, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, within a period of two weeks from today along with a copy of this order downloaded from the official website of the High Court Allahabad, along with a fresh copy of the representation.

The computer generated copy of such order shall be self attested by the party concerned. The concerned Court/ Authority/ Official shall verify the authenticity of such computerized copy of the order from the official website of High Court Allahabad and shall make a declaration of such verification in writing.

In case any defects are found, the respondent no. 2- Registrar, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, shall intimate the petitioner accordingly and permit him to cure such defects.

The respondent no.2-Registrar, Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University, Lucknow, shall decide the application of the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of such application.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of finally.
