Learned Standing Counsel on the basis of instructions submits that a recall application has been filed by private parties against the order dated 30.08.2008. He further submits that it is open to the petitioners to press for expeditious decision of the restoration application which is pending.
Learned counsel for the petitioners Shri Satish Kumar Pandey does not dispute the aforesaid facts.
In wake of the preceding discussions, the writ petition is dismissed leaving it open to the petitioners to approach the competent authority for expeditious disposal of the restoration application.
