Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents and Sri Sanjai Singh, learned counsel for the respondent no. 2.

The petitioner seeks indulgence on the ground that he is ready to deposit the entire outstanding of car loan in easy installment.

As to the prayer of the petitioner for deposit of the loan in easy installment, there is no objection by the counsel for the respondent.

The writ petition is, therefore, disposed of with a direction that the petitioner shall approach the respondent-bank within a period of three weeks along with a copy of this order, and present his offer for deposit of loan within a reasonable period.

In case, the petitioner approaches the respondent no. 2, he shall consider the request of the petitioner in accordance with law. In any case, a decision be taken within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the application moved by the petitioner.

For a period of six weeks or till a fresh decision is taken by the respondent no. 2, whichever is earlier, the recovery certificate dated 05.01.2021 shall not be pressed against the petitioner.
