Today, when the matter was taken up, Sri Dinesh Kumar Mishra, learned counsel appearing on behalf of respondent no. 3 has placed before the Court letter dated 22.12.2018, issued by authorised officer of petitioner-company to Station House Officer/ Investigating Officer, Police Station- Et-Ma-Uddaula, Agra stating therein that the matter has been settled between petitioner-company and private respondent no. 3 who has deposited the theft assessment bill and compounding charges as per law.
In view of above, no cause of action survives and the writ petition is consigned to record.
