Heard learned counsel for the petitioner(s) and learned Standing Counsel.
By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
“ Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the learned court below i.e. respondent no. 2 to consider and decide the Appeal No. 344/429, (State and another Vrs. Shivmurat and others), under Section 11(1) U.P. Consolidation of Holdings Act, within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court.”
On perusal of the pleadings and material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to expedite the case.
In view thereof, petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
