This petition has been filed with a prayer to expedite Case No. 10 of 2020 (Devdatt Vs. Gaon Sabha) under Section 161 of U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, 1950 pending before Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Ghorawal, District Sonbhadra.
Without entering into the merits of the case, the petition stands disposed of directing the court concerned to expedite the aforesaid case and conclude the same, at the earliest possible, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, by fixing short dates, provided there is no other legal impediment.
