Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel.
By the instant petition, petitioner seeks the following relief:
“ Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent No. 2 to decide the case No. T201914360105944 under Section 35 U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 situated in Village-Arsiya, Paragana- Aunguli, Tehsil Shahganj, District Jaunpur, within stipulated period pending since 3.10.2019 before respondent No. 2, i.e., Tehsildar (Judicial), Shahganj, Tehsil- Shahganj, District-Jaunpur.”
On perusal of the pleadings and material placed on record, this Court does not find any reason to expedite the case.
In view thereof, petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to make an appropriate expedite application. In the event, such an application is filed, it is expected the same shall be decided in accordance with law.
