This petition has been filed to expedite the mutation case no. 4752 of 2019 (Surswati Devi vs. Kashi) under Section 35 of Revenue Code, 2006 pending before the second respondent-Naib Tehsildar, Tehsil Padrauna, District Kushinagar.
I have gone through the records and find no good ground to expedite the proceedings of the aforesaid case.
In view thereof, the petition is dismissed with liberty to the applicant to approach the court concerned by making an appropriate expedite application. In the event such an application is made, it is expected that the same shall be heard and decided, in accordance with law.
