Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petitioner has already availed alternative remedy under Section 52-B of the Indian Forest Act against the impugned order and therefore he may be permitted to withdraw this petition with liberty to pursue alternative remedy.
In view of the above, the petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
